Scheduling in Savvy Agents depends on your practice management system, appointment types, provider schedules, operatories, and practice settings. Ira and online scheduling can only offer times that are available and valid for the selected appointment type.
Appointment types: define what patients can book, how long visits take, and which providers or operatories are valid.
Providers: determine which clinicians can be offered for specific visits.
Online scheduling: controls what patients can book from the public booking flow.
Practice settings: include hours, notifications, integrations, and workspace behavior.
If Ira or online scheduling is not showing expected availability, check that the appointment type is active, mapped to the right providers and operatories, available in the PMS schedule, and allowed for online or AI booking.
Patient records bring together demographics, contact details, appointments, insurance, chart information, treatment context, documents, family relationships, and communication history when those data points are available from the connected systems.
