Savvy Agents is organized around teams. In most dental workflows, a team represents one practice location with its own settings, phone numbers, agent configuration, patient data, and subscription.
Each location can have its own phone numbers and call routing.
Agent settings, knowledge base content, appointment types, and integrations can differ by team.
Users with access to multiple teams can switch between locations from the app.
Invite staff from the team or account area and assign the right level of access for their role. Owners and admins should manage billing, integrations, and high-impact configuration changes.
Billing is managed per team/location. A multi-location practice may have separate subscriptions and invoices for each team unless a custom arrangement is set up with Savvy Agents.
Each user can manage profile details and notification preferences so they receive the right alerts for calls, appointments, messages, and practice activity.
