Recover Broken Appointments | Medium | Work through cancelled and no-showed appointments as a same-day recovery queue |
Protect Hygiene Recall | Medium | Queue patients who've had a hygiene visit but haven't scheduled their next one |

Metric | What it tells you |

Completed Production | How much production was completed — compare to your goal to see where you stand |
Cancellation Rate | Share of appointments that were cancelled — a rising rate warrants attention |
No-Show Rate | Share of appointments where patients didn't show |
Treatment Acceptance | How often patients accept presented treatment plans |
Hygiene Reappointment | Percentage of hygiene patients who have a future hygiene appointment scheduled |
Missed Production | Estimated production value lost to cancellations and no-shows |

An AI-ranked list of patients scored by how likely they are to respond to outreach and schedule. You can open the patient record directly or queue them for Novi outreach from this list.
Schedule Recovery
Lists open slots in your schedule per provider, showing the duration, a suggested fill strategy, and the potential production value if the slot is filled.
